Join our client as QA Specialist and play a key role in maintaining top-tier quality standards! If you have a keen eye for detail, this could be your perfect opportunity.

R&D Partners is seeking a QA Specialist to support quality assurance activities in production and warehouse operations. This role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, reviewing documentation, and assisting in batch release processes. You will play a key role in maintaining high-quality standards and supporting investigations related to manufacturing.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Responsibilities:

  • Review documents like batch records, logbooks, forms, and reports for accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare document packs for batch release, including certificates and retain samples.
  • Label batches for release and review operational procedures.
  • Participate in and lead investigations related to manufacturing and quality assurance.
  • Write reports, standard operating procedures, and forms for QA operations.
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with good manufacturing practices (GMP).
  • Monitor and address documentation errors, implementing preventive measures.
  • Manage retain samples and support equipment qualification and validation processes.
  • Assist with regulatory, customer, or corporate audits.
  • Continuously update procedures to align with regulatory changes.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Proven years of experience in Quality Assurance within a pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing facility.
  • QP certification is a strong advantage.
  • A degree in a science-related field.
  • Knowledge of European regulations for batch release and GMP standards.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eligibility to work in Ireland.
