Description

Drive excellence in clinical supply and quality compliance as a Clinical Supply Associate in a fast-paced biotech setting.

R&D Partners is seeking a Clinical Supply Associate to support clinical supply management activities within a leading biotechnology company. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in GMP/GCP/GDP, supply chain quality management, and a passion for process-oriented, task-based activities.

Responsibilities:

What you’ll do:

The CSA supports Clinical Supply Management with task-based activities that include:

  • Documentation and coordination Product Quality Complaints
  • Coordination of Product Quality Sample Returns.
  • Documentation and facilitation of Deviations affecting product quality or regulatory compliance.
  • Management of documents in the electronic Trial Master File and quality control
  • Facilitation of documentation activities ensuring inspection readiness to meet international GMP standards.
  • User Acceptance Testing
  • Utilising Supply Chain Management systems to support agile ways of working.
  • Continually improving the Clinical Supply Chain processes through visual management, problem solving, global standardisation and process confirmation.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Must have:

  • Hands-on experience of GMP/GCP/GDP
  • A supply chain/quality management ambition with an academic scientific background.
  • A problem-solving mindset and a focus on quality.
  • Organised and structured with an excellent aptitude for digital systems.
  • Thrives in a process orientated workplace, on task-based activities and with a focus on the customer/patient.
  • Excellent technical communication skills, written and oral, in both English and Swedish
  • Team Player, comfortable in a high-paced and agile environment.
  • Ability to reflect, see the bigger picture, whilst also having a focus on the detail

Desirable for the role:

  • Bachelor’s / master’s degree in scientific discipline or supply chain leadership degree
