Procurement Delivery Manager

R&D Partners is seeking a Procurement Delivery Manager to support sourcing and supplier management activities within the Clinical Laboratories space. This role focuses on ensuring efficient procurement processes, building strong supplier relationships, and delivering cost-effective solutions to meet business needs. You will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to align procurement strategies with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement activities, including sourcing, supplier negotiations, and contract management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable procurement plans.
• Conduct market research and analyze supplier options to optimize costs and quality.
• Support day-to-day operational procurement tasks and customer-oriented projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure effective delivery of services.
• Apply knowledge of clinical laboratory commodities such as genomics, bioanalytics, biomarkers, and central laboratories.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including Good Clinical Practice (GCP).

Key Skills and Requirements:

• A degree in business, life sciences, chemistry, biochemistry, or a related field.
• Experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, and project execution.
• Familiarity with procurement systems, processes, and supplier management.
• Knowledge of clinical laboratory commodities and adjacent areas.
• Strong skills in contract negotiation, cost optimization, and market analysis.
• Proficiency in project management and problem-solving.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Open-minded, inclusive, and eager to learn and improve continuously.
