Description

Join a global pharmaceutical team where you’ll gain hands-on clinical trial management experience and develop into a future senior CPM.

R&D Partners is seeking an Associate Clinical Trial Manager to join a global pharmaceutical company in Belgium. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support clinical project managers (CPMs) and gain hands-on experience in managing clinical trials within a mature development portfolio. The position is part of a team of 18 members and focuses on operational support for a major Phase III dermatology study, along with ad hoc contributions to other studies.

This is a replacement position designed to develop junior talent into future senior CPMs. Scientific onboarding will be provided, so prior therapeutic area expertise is not required.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational support to CPMs throughout the clinical study lifecycle.
  • Ensure timelines, quality, compliance, and Trial Master File (TMF) readiness.
  • Coordinate with CROs, vendors, and study stakeholders.
  • Maintain clinical systems and ensure consistency across platforms.
  • Support TMF activities and inspection readiness.
  • Review study documentation, data, and operational metrics.
  • Assist with country start-up activities, vendor management, and study close-out tasks.
  • Track study status, prepare reports, and follow up on action items.
  • Participate in onboarding, system training, and continuous learning activities.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Experience:

  • Junior profile with 0-3 years of experience preferred.
  • Ideally 1-2 years of CRA experience or equivalent clinical operations exposure.
  • Candidates with site management, CRA, country management, vendor management, or junior CPM experience are highly preferred.
