Senior Expert – mAb Manufacturing

R&D Partners is seeking a Senior Expert – mAb Manufacturing to support a biotechnology company in the establishment of a new biopharma manufacturing site. This role requires a hands-on expert with a strong background in mAb production and GMP biopharma manufacturing.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical guidance for the setup of a new biopharma manufacturing facility.
• Oversee equipment, cleanroom, and single-use system commissioning.
• Develop compliant processes, standards, and operating models.
• Prepare and assess GMP documentation and conduct risk evaluations.
• Offer technical input for qualification, validation, and operational readiness.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, or Chemical/Process Engineering.
• 5-10 years of experience in GMP biopharma manufacturing.
• Strong hands-on expertise in mAb production, TFF, UF/DF filtration, and single-use systems.
• Experience in facility startup, commissioning, or construction.
• Solid knowledge of GMP documentation, risk assessments, qualification, and validation.
• Structured, independent, and solution-driven working style with strong execution capabilities.
• Effective technical leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluent in both German and English.

Salary:

• €75- €85/hr
