R&D Partners is seeking an ERP Service Management Coordinator to oversee and improve service delivery and management activities within a stabilization program. You will focus on analyzing performance, coordinating incident responses, and ensuring effective communication between stakeholders, support teams, and IT groups. This role is fully remote, with no travel required.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and report on service performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Organize regular meetings with stakeholders and support teams to review service quality.
• Track and manage incidents, including critical escalations, and document corrective actions.
• Conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues and improve system stability.
• Coordinate changes related to ERP systems while ensuring compliance with governance processes.
• Enhance communication and collaboration between business teams, IT groups, and external providers.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and materials to support decision-making and transparency.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Familiarity with managing IT services in ERP systems, such as SAP.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and experience using tools like ServiceNow.
• Strong communication and organizational skills to work effectively with global teams.
• Ability to analyze problems, recommend solutions, and implement improvements.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Salary:

• €75 to €80 per hour.
