Assistant HSE Project Coordinator

Are you ready to coordinate cutting-edge HSE projects that accelerate medical breakthroughs in biotech?

R&D Partners is working alongside a growing biotech organisation who are seeking an HSE Coordinator for their engineering projects who can take on prevention advisors and safety coordination tasks during the engineering and construction phases. This will be done in close collaboration with the HSE team.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate safety measures during project design and construction phases.
• Provide specific safety support to the site HSE team.
• Conduct safety training and create risk assessments.
• Draft safety procedures and prepare commissioning reports.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Certification as a Prevention Advisor (Level 2).
• Qualification as a Safety Coordinator for temporary and mobile workplaces (Level B).
• Strong communication and training skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to flexible working hours.
• Proficiency in Dutch with a good understanding of English.
