Are you ready to drive the future of clinical research? Looking to be in the heart of a company where precision meets purpose?

R&D Partners is seeking a Clinical Research Associate to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate and oversee clinical research studies, ensuring they are conducted in line with protocols, regulations, and best practices. You will act as the primary contact for study sites, support site activation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful study execution.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned study sites, providing training and technical support.
  • Assist in selecting study sites and conducting site qualification visits.
  • Ensure all necessary approvals (e.g., contracts, ethics committees) are obtained and maintained.
  • Review and contribute to study documents, including protocols and site-specific materials.
  • Conduct site monitoring activities, including on-site and remote visits, to ensure compliance with study requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Maintain audit and inspection readiness at all times.
  • Support data collection and validation for regulatory submissions.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • A degree in a scientific field or equivalent education and experience.
  • Familiarity with clinical research processes and regulations.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in diverse, cross-functional, and virtual teams.
  • Experience in clinical laboratory settings or study coordination is a plus.
