Description

Drive innovation on the factory floor as a Mechanical Engineer powering pharmaceutical manufacturing excellence.

R&D Partners is seeking a Mechanical Engineer – II to support manufacturing operations within a leading pharmaceutical company. This role focuses on providing engineering support for manufacturing technology, systems engineering, and maintenance/repair of plant infrastructure and equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong CAD engineering experience and familiarity with PDM-PLM systems.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical coverage and support for the maintenance and repair of plant components and equipment.
  • Support manufacturing operations by ensuring the reliability and efficiency of systems and infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address engineering challenges.
  • Utilize CAD tools to design and troubleshoot mechanical systems.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • CAD Engineering Experience: Essential for this role.
  • PDM-PLM Experience: Required to manage product data and lifecycle processes.
  • Strong background in mathematics and design principles.
  • Ability to work onsite for the initial 1-2 months during training, with flexibility for hybrid work thereafter (minimum 2 days onsite per week).
