R&D Partners is seeking a QA Specialist to support quality assurance activities in a multiproduct manufacturing facility. In this role, you will assist with ensuring compliance, reviewing documentation, and providing expertise for clinical and commercial manufacturing processes.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and review quality-related documents for projects, including notes, plans, and procedures.
  • Review and follow up on project documentation such as risk assessments, validation plans, and batch records.
  • Provide quality support and share knowledge about clinical and commercial manufacturing.
  • Prepare and review documents with a focus on preventing errors and deviations.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures, global standards, regulations, and product registration requirements.
  • Offer on-the-floor support to ensure Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) are followed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to maintain quality standards.
  • Escalate any significant quality issues to supervisors or managers when necessary.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • A degree in a scientific field or equivalent experience.
  • Understanding of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) in a regulated environment.
  • Familiarity with clinical manufacturing and related regulations is a plus.
  • Experience with quality processes and assurance.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficient in writing and fluent in English.
