QC Analyst

Are you a QC professional with expertise in molecular analytics and a passion for delivering quality in a fast-paced GMP environment?

R&D Partners is seeking a QC Analyst to support GMP-compliant QC activities for plasmid and gene therapy manufacturing. This role involves routine analytical testing, equipment operation, and ensuring data integrity. The QC Analyst will also contribute to the startup of a new GMP facility, including equipment qualification, method validation/transfer, and in-process/release testing.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine analytical testing and maintain QC laboratories to regulatory standards.
• Support equipment qualification, method validation, and transfer activities.
• Manage OOS (Out of Specification) and non-conformance investigations.
• Ensure compliance with GMP standards and support audits and documentation control.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the QC function.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Strong technical expertise in qPCR, HPLC, Western Blot, SDS-PAGE, and DNA analytics.
• Preferred exposure to mammalian cell culture and flow cytometry.
• Scientific degree with at least 2 years of GMP experience.
• High attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and professionalism.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
