R&D Partners is seeking a Qualified Person to oversee quality assurance processes for pharmaceutical products. This role ensures that all products meet regulatory standards, company policies, and customer needs. You will lead a team responsible for compliance, product release, and new product introductions, playing a key role in maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all products are manufactured and released according to regulatory requirements and company quality systems.
• Oversee teams managing regulatory changes, product introductions, and quality compliance.
• Review and approve batch documentation and testing records.
• Lead and develop a team, including setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and fostering talent growth.
• Support new product launches and ensure alignment with marketing authorizations.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• QP experience essential
• Strong people leadership experience – the team size is 5-7 direct reports, with around 12-14 people in total across the broader team.
• Background in API and Drug Product; biologics would be a plus
• Experience in FDA / HPRA / GMP-regulated environments
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, validation, site metrics, SAP/LIMS changes, and data trending
• QC/lab experience would be highly beneficial earlier in career
• Proven working years in pharma/healthcare experience as well as in leadership
