SAP Project Manager

R&D Partners is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead and manage SAP S-4HANA projects, enhancements, and support activities within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. This role involves working closely with global teams and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of SAP initiatives while maintaining compliance and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee SAP S-4HANA projects, including planning, execution, risk management, and reporting.
• Act as the main point of contact between business teams and SAP delivery teams.
• Collaborate with business users to understand their needs and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Coordinate with technical teams for system enhancements, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure all project documentation, such as requirements, test cases, and validation deliverables, is accurate and complete.
• Manage global support activities, including issue resolution and communication across teams in different time zones.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and support audits or inspections.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of SAP S-4HANA and its key modules (e.g., Finance, Materials Management, Sales, Production Planning, Quality Management, etc.).
• Experience managing SAP projects in a regulated industry, such as pharmaceuticals or life sciences.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams, including technical consultants and business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with project management practices, including risk management, change control, and release planning.
• Understanding of compliance requirements like GxP, CSV, and data integrity.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
