R&D Partners is seeking a Sr. Clinical Research Associate to join a specialised team within a leading CRO. This role offers the opportunity to work across a variety of therapeutic areas, providing an excellent platform for career growth and development in clinical operations.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits.
• Support the development of subject recruitment plans.
• Evaluate site practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines.
• Track progress in regulatory submissions, recruitment, case report form completion, and data query resolutions.
• Collaborate with study site experts and client representatives.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• University degree in a scientific discipline or healthcare field.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or clinical trials environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other computer applications.
• Fluency in Dutch, French, and English.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients.
• Flexibility to travel and a valid Class B driver’s license.
