R&D Partners is seeking a Senior Medical Affairs Associate to support integrated insights processes and innovative programs within the biotech industry. This contract role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful medical insights initiatives that inform strategic and tactical decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate integrated insights workflows, including data capture, synthesis, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive medical insights initiatives.
  • Conduct analyses across internal and external data sources to identify themes, trends, and implications.
  • Support governance activities such as documentation, quality control, and compliance monitoring.
  • Contribute to innovation initiatives, enhancing insights generation and AI-enabled analytics capabilities.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related scientific discipline required; advanced degree (MPharm, MSc, PhD) preferred.
  • Experience: 0-2 years in insights analytics, Medical Affairs, market research, or related functions. Postgraduate research fellowships or industry placements may be considered.
  • Therapeutic Knowledge: Virology and/or Liver therapeutic area experience preferred.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in analyzing and synthesizing complex data sets.
  • Ability to generate actionable insights and communicate findings effectively through data visualization and storytelling.
  • Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and AI-enabled analytics tools preferred.
  • Soft Skills: Strong collaboration, stakeholder management, and communication abilities.
