Ready to lead process innovation and drive operational excellence in a growing pharmaceutical environment?

R&D Partners is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join a growing pharmaceutical company team in ROI. In this role, you will lead efforts to improve manufacturing processes, optimize designs, and oversee project execution in a regulated environment. You will ensure compliance with industry standards while driving efficiency, quality, and innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead initiatives to improve manufacturing processes and reduce waste.
  • Work with teams and suppliers to design and implement efficient systems.
  • Oversee projects from initial concept to validation and implementation.
  • Review and approve equipment designs and ensure proper installation.
  • Conduct safety and technical reviews for new or upgraded equipment.
  • Lead testing and validation activities for manufacturing systems.
  • Ensure all documentation meets regulatory and quality standards.
  • Analyze and resolve production issues, implementing solutions to prevent recurrence.
  • Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Background in engineering, preferably in mechanical, process, or manufacturing fields.
  • Strong knowledge of process design, optimization, and equipment technology.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Experience in managing projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to perform risk assessments and implement corrective actions.
