Study Coordinator // Wellington, New Zealand

Can your organisation and attention to detail help ensure clinical trials run smoothly and efficiently?

R&D Partners is seeking a Study Coordinator to support clinical trial activities on a part-time, onsite basis in Wellington, New Zealand. This role involves assisting with trial procedures, patient coordination, and data management. The position requires availability from Wednesday to Friday, with occasional early starts depending on patient schedules.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with trial-related tasks as directed by the Principal Investigator.
• Help with study procedures such as blood sampling and ECG collection (preferred but not mandatory).
• Screen potential participants, obtain consent, and schedule screening visits.
• Enter data into electronic systems accurately.
• Ensure participant visits are scheduled within the required timeframes.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage patient interactions professionally.
• Familiarity with clinical trial processes and data entry systems is a plus.
• Flexibility to accommodate occasional early start times.
