Facility Program Manager

R&D Partners is seeking a Facility Program Manager to lead the execution of a digital strategy for a new, fully connected and digitalized factory in Geel. This role involves overseeing the planning, development, and implementation of digital systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and manage governance processes to monitor progress and address challenges.
• Plan, develop, and implement digital systems for efficient factory operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including management, project teams, suppliers, and partners.
• Oversee the use of appropriate technologies to support production and management processes.
• Ensure compliance with digital standards, cybersecurity, and quality requirements.
• Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with overall timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to design and implement digital systems.
• Identify risks and propose solutions to mitigate potential issues.
• Provide technical expertise and leadership to address complex challenges.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders on progress and challenges.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Experience in managing digital strategies and projects, preferably in industrial or pharmaceutical settings.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams.
• Knowledge of digital systems, including infrastructure, applications, and compliance standards (e.g., GxP, SOX, Cybersecurity).
• Leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Flemish or French is a plus.
