Quality Engineer

R&D Partners is seeking a skilled Quality Engineer to join a leading biologics company in Belgium. This role focuses on deviation and CAPA management, operational excellence, and project management within a cGMP environment. The position requires an analytical mindset and strong data analysis skills to identify trends and implement preventive measures effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate quality deviations to identify clusters and trends in collaboration with local departments and topic leaders.
• Identify effective preventive measures within the scope of the deviation program.
• Consolidate action plans for implementing preventive measures with topic leaders and involved departments.
• Guide departments in managing changes and monitor the progress and effectiveness of implemented measures.
• Ensure compliance with all quality, safety, and industry standards as required by official auditing bodies.
• Apply policies regarding employee well-being, environmental, and energy management, including proper use of work equipment and personal protective gear.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Experience: 7-10 years in a GMP environment, preferably in QA, QC, or Manufacturing.
• Expertise: Deviation and CAPA management.
• Skills: Analytical mindset, strong data analysis, and trend identification.
• Operational Excellence: Proven experience in transformation management and project management.
• Compliance: Familiarity with cGMP standards and industry regulations.
