Senior Pharmacovigilance Manager

R&D Partners is seeking a Senior Pharmacovigilance Manager to lead and manage key projects within the pharmacovigilance sector. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to ensure successful project execution and support business excellence initiatives. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational and communication skills.

Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects by setting goals, creating timelines, and ensuring deliverables are met.
• Collaborate with teams to identify and address risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Prepare and share progress reports with leadership.
• Develop and maintain communication plans for stakeholders.
• Facilitate discussions across global teams to achieve project outcomes.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in science, management, or a related field.
• Experience in managing projects within the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in pharmacovigilance.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Project).
• PMP certification is a plus but not mandatory.

Compensation:

• $80 to $100 per hour.
