Looking for a new challenge? Want to play a key role in maintaining top-tier quality standards?

R&D Partners is seeking a Senior QA Manager to oversee and enhance quality management systems, lead compliance initiatives, and support senior leadership. This role involves managing a team, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, and driving continuous improvement in quality processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and improve quality systems, including investigations, corrective actions, audits, customer complaints, and supplier issues.
  • Oversee the resolution of operational discrepancies and customer complaints.
  • Lead training programs and document management processes.
  • Collaborate with teams to address and resolve non-compliance issues.
  • Analyze and present quality data for decision-making.
  • Supervise programs such as CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), change management, and environmental monitoring.
  • Approve validation documents and ensure clinical supplies meet quality standards.
  • Conduct supplier and internal audits, and participate in client and regulatory inspections.
  • Lead quality review board meetings and report on quality metrics.
  • Manage and mentor the Quality Compliance team.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • A degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with cGMPs (current Good Manufacturing Practices).
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and quality assurance processes.
  • Leadership and team management experience.
