Looking for your next challenge where QC validation, equipment connectivity, and regulatory excellence come together?

R&D Partners is seeking a QC Connectivity Compliance Specialist to join a leading pharmaceutical company in Ireland. This contract role focuses on quality control validation and equipment maintenance, specifically related to QC bench equipment connectivity and compliance systems.

Responsibilities:

Qualification & Validation Activities:

  • Review and approve validation documentation (protocols, reports, risk assessments, traceability matrices) within defined timelines.
  • Coordinate the development of validation quality documents to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Document and manage deviations, non-conformances, and corrective actions with proper evaluation.
  • Raise and coordinate Change Control Requests (CCRs) for project work, ensuring proper documentation and regulatory impact assessment.
  • Ensure compliance with FDA, EMA, and company quality standards across all validation activities.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, IT, and external suppliers, for seamless validation execution.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities in qualification and validation procedures.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the QC connectivity compliance framework.
  • Support project management of multiple validation projects simultaneously.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Technical Experience:

  • 2-3 years of industry experience in QC validation and quality systems.
  • Hands-on experience in Quality Control operations and laboratory environments.
  • Knowledge of QC bench equipment and connectivity systems.

Regulatory & Documentation Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of FDA and EMA guidelines related to validation and qualification.
  • Proficiency in preparing validation documentation, including protocols, reports, and compliance records.
  • Experience with change control processes, deviation management, and risk assessment methodologies.

Project Management & Communication:

  • Ability to manage multiple validation projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities for troubleshooting and process improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with connectivity compliance systems in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of computerized systems validation (CSV) principles.
  • Familiarity with calibration management and metrology practices.
  • Experience working with external suppliers and contractors.
