R&D Partners is seeking an MF Support Engineer to join our team in Geel, Belgium. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting manufacturing processes by ensuring timely reviews, accurate data entry, and efficient inventory management. You will collaborate with various departments to streamline operations and improve workflows.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Responsibilities:

  • Review paper and electronic batch records to speed up the release process.
  • Generate stock count reports and manage inventory efficiently.
  • Handle materials and financial adjustments for unused buffers and intermediates.
  • Enter data into systems like APEX and ensure accurate tracking of production steps.
  • Conduct monthly inventory counts and manage scrapping of unused materials.
  • Provide support to other teams, including Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
  • Assist with setting up workflows, creating batch numbers, and adapting production processes.
  • Train supervisors and leads on procedures and best practices.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage data accurately.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and production processes.
  • Proficiency in using systems like APEX, BioLIMS, and Athena (or similar tools).
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide timely support.
  • Problem-solving skills to improve workflows and address quality-related questions.
