R&D Partners is seeking a Digital Project Manager to support a major biotechnology organization in advancing digital tools and platforms. This role will drive initiatives focused on improving the accessibility, usability, and transparency of data across key systems, including SharePoint modernization, proposal management tools, and AI‑enabled solutions that streamline navigation of evidence‑related content.

Responsibilities:

  • Define requirements for the post-hoc proposal platform.
  • Translate business needs into clear technical specifications for IT teams.
  • Redesign and improve the ISEG SharePoint for an intuitive, user-friendly experience.
  • Collaborate with the Medical Affairs digital team to review dashboards and address quality or enhancement needs.
  • Connect data sources and improve accessibility for non-technical users.
  • Explore or build AI agents (e.g., Copilot Studio) to facilitate navigation and user guidance.
  • Discuss project progress and brainstorm digital improvements with stakeholders.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Must-Have:

  • Strong digital savviness with the ability to propose creative digital solutions.
  • Proven experience in building or designing intuitive SharePoint environments.
  • Ability to understand and translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Comfortable collaborating with IT teams and explaining concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in digital project management within scientific or evidence-related environments is a plus.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Digitally creative, user-centric thinker who understands internal stakeholder needs.
  • Experience in both digital workflows and evidence generation.
  • Coding abilities (not mandatory but a strong differentiator).
  • Familiarity with AI agents, Copilot Studio, or automation tools.
  • Strong communication skills with IT and business-scientific teams.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Background in scientific or medical affairs.
  • Coding experience in any language for prototyping or AI agent setup.
  • Prior experience with dashboarding, metadata structuring, or platform integrations.
